Donna I. Sanchez

Donna joined Achievable in 2021 as a Research Team Member and was promoted to Research Team Manager in September 2023. She now leads a team of researchers, driving operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality research standards.

A graduate of an education program with a major in English, Donna began her career teaching English as a Second Language to Asian learners. She later spent seven years in the beauty industry with a global cosmetics brand, gaining experience in both technical training and sales. Starting from scratch in the field, she built her expertise through hands-on learning, adaptability, and a strong commitment to professional growth. After her corporate career, she took on the role of Property Management Officer for a family-owned food park while running her own karaoke and recording studio within the business, further strengthening her leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

She is known for taking initiative, building structure, and refining systems that improve workflow and accountability within her team.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and embracing her current running era. At home, she is happily outnumbered by her three boys, her husband, and two sons, which keeps life energetic and full.
