Jeysen Freedman

Jeysen Freedman is a Software Engineer at Achievable, where he has been building since early 2022. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s learning platform, owning projects end-to-end—from design through deployment—while balancing technical rigor with user-focused design.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Jeysen began his career in construction engineering, honing skills in project management and technical design before pivoting into software development. His diverse background—spanning engineering, hands-on building, and years of independent study—gives him a unique blend of problem-solving, technical depth, and creative insight.

At Achievable, Jeysen has helped the team scale through a period of rapid growth, contributing to both core product features and process improvements. He’s known for combining precision with pragmatism, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and built to last.

Beyond work, Jeysen is equally at home under the hood of a car, in the woodshop, or in the garden. He enjoys maintaining and modifying his vehicles, tackling DIY projects around his home in Atlantic Canada, and spending time with family.
