John Longma Lotsa
Associate Chartered Accountant, Educationist, ACCA & ICA Subject Matter Expert at Achievable
John Lotsa is an Associate Chartered Accountant and educator who joined Achievable in November 2024 to develop content for the ACCA Applied Knowledge courses. Based in Accra, Ghana, he serves on the audit team at one of the Big Four accounting firms, bringing over five years of auditing and accounting experience across the private and public sectors and about four years preparing students for ICA and ACCA exams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Education and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Cape Coast, and is a licensed professional teacher. Earlier, he supported nationwide education reform through the Ministry of Education’s UKAID-funded Education Beyond Aid project and served as an Accountant at Ghana TVET Service. He founded Jhavilah Consult to develop the next generation of accounting professionals. Outside work, he enjoys mentoring students, reading, swimming, and football.
