Paul Glastris

Paul Glastris is the editor in chief of Washington Monthly, where he also founded the magazine's alternative college rankings and serves as president of the Washington Monthly Institute. Earlier in his career, he worked as a speechwriter for President Bill Clinton and as a correspondent and editor at U.S. News & World Report. He is also a co-founder of the National Vote at Home Institute and co-author of The Other College Guide: A Roadmap to the Right School for You and Elephant in the Room: Washington in the Bush Years. His writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The New Republic, Slate, and numerous other publications.
