Nucleus vs. nucleolus

The nucleus is the membrane-bound organelle that houses a eukaryotic cell's DNA, while the nucleolus is a dense, non-membrane-bound region inside the nucleus where ribosomal RNA is synthesized and ribosome subunits are assembled.

The nucleus is the control center of the eukaryotic cell.
