Elizabeth Breau

Elizabeth Breau, Ph.D., grew up in New Jersey, went to graduate school in Nashville, Tennessee, and now lives in Albany, NY. She joined Achievable in September 2024, where she developed the reading and writing portions of Achievable’s Praxis preparatory book.

In addition to her work with Achievable, Elizabeth has a private tutoring business, Prep for Success, LLC.

Elizabeth excels at explaining complicated concepts into clear, easy language that removes the stress from test prep. Her first book, "History According to SAT: A Content Guide to SAT Reading and Writing," won a Silver Award in the teen category from the Nonfiction Authors Association and was a Best Book Awards Young Adult Nonfiction Finalist.

When she isn’t teaching or writing, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, exercising, and reading.
