I am a current high school English teacher with more than 7 years tutoring/teaching English to students from 6th grade through college and adulthood! I am also trained as a college-level, one-to-one writing tutor. It was this experience that sparked my passion for education. I truly enjoy working one-on-one with a student: whether it is plotting out a paper; deepening analysis; correcting grammar and spelling; or close-reading literary texts, each stage of the writing process is an opportunity for growth for the both of us. My favorite subject to tutor in is English, with a focus in writing.
