SIE tutoring

Bull & Bear Training Co., Inc
Helping individuals pass their FINRA/NASAA/CFCT exams since 1993. After having worked for a major securities exam prep provider, writing and editing Cliff-note-like materials, in 2024 I was "let go" by the private equity firm that bought that training school. I continue to NOT be beholden to any of these main securities training schools.

Arseny Titoff
I have saved dozens of jobs for students at top investment banks, RIAs, and BDs by having them pass the FINRA exams. My strategy is for the student to understand the material, not memorize. I have been in the financial industry for more than 10 years and done a lot ranging from asset management at a top investment bank raising hundreds of millions.

Mitchell Duman
I am an experienced tutor/trainer that has worked in the financial industry for about 10 years. I have experience training and tutoring FINRA licensing content to my firm's new employees. Whether you are trying to determine where to start, or wanting to drill down on a particular topic I would love to help you!

MaryAnn Owen
I have been in the securities/stock brokerage industry for over 40 years. While working at a BD I held Series 7, 8 (now 9/10), 27, 63, 65, and 66 registrations. I had responsibilities for training financial advisors and retail support staff. I spent 10 years with a well known FINRA exam prep firm. I know how questions are written.

Private Tutoring for FINRA, CIMA®, and Insurance Licensing Exams. Personalized, one-on-one tutoring backed by 25+ years of real-world financial industry experience and graduate level academic achievement. Complex material made clear — tailored to your timeline.
My career in financial services spans more than 25 years — working across securities, investment management, and insurance. During that time, I earned and maintained licenses across the full spectrum of FINRA and state exams, including the Series 7, 63, 65, 66, 24, 52, and SIE, as well as a North Carolina Life and Health Insurance license.
I pursued my education with the same intensity I bring to tutoring — earning a 4.0 GPA at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, culminating in a Master of Science in Finance. I also hold the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation, one of the most demanding credentials in the investment advisory profession.
After years in the industry, I found my greatest satisfaction in helping others navigate the licensing process. These exams are challenging — not because the concepts are impossible, but because the material is dense, the stakes feel high, and most candidates are preparing on their own. I change that equation.
My approach is personal, patient, and practical. I meet you where you are, explain things clearly, and make sure you walk into your exam ready — not just prepared, but confident.

Jim Kravitz
I have been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and have taken, passed, and tutored for the SIE exam, Series 6, 7, 24, 4, 53, 27, 65, and 66 exams. I custom-tailor my teaching style to the student, with interactive whiteboard, word associations, and real-world examples. I keep it SIMPLE to follow.
Chris Munshaw
I don't come from the world of finance, so I had to get good at finding the exam traps, applying the BEST answer, and knowing key concepts cold. Professional background: 15 years across a mix of Fortune 500's and startups in customer insights, market research, and competitive intel. Education: MBA, undergrad economics. I work 1-on-1 with candidates to identify knowledge gaps, build confidence on weak areas, and develop a test day mindset. I've walked this path several times and I use plain language to untangle the things that trip up most test takers.
