Olivia Jones

Olivia Jones is the founder of Impact Tutoring Services LLC and a dedicated educator committed to advancing educational equity. After earning her law degree and passing the bar exam, Olivia made the bold decision to return to the classroom, where she has spent the past six years helping students—particularly those in Title I schools—prepare for college and achieve their full potential. Her work has led to hundreds of success stories, including three students accepted to Harvard in just the last two years. What began as ACT prep has grown into a full-scale tutoring program serving K–12 students, with a strong focus on access: around 30% of students attend at free or reduced cost, and no student is ever turned away due to financial need. Olivia’s passion, vision, and dedication continue to open doors for students across Alabama.
