I'm a high school math teacher that has taught AP Statistics, AP Calculus AB, Geometry, IB AA, PreCalculus, and Integrated math. I am a patient and empathetic tutor who has worked with students with all different backgrounds in math. When we work together, I will make sure that we are working at the right pace for you.

French and ESL tutor

Let's figure out what your study priorities and strategies should be and get you in the classroom! With 20+ years of experience in the classroom and academic coaching, now a learning specialist, I help students prep for the PRAXIS and TExES core exams while decreasing stress, managing test anxiety, and learning how to determine what a question is asking and apply information correctly to increase that score. An M.Ed., EdD and former ESL instructor, I also help students with ESL and bilingual certification exams and the PLT/PPR content. I routinely review practice questions to find errors in thinking as part of developing a successful plan, and my training in ADHD and learning-related issues means I can develop specific strategies and guide accommodations requests.
